Golf is a great game whatever your age, background or ability. Regular golfing lessons with a PGA professional can help you build a stronger foundation to improve and enjoy the game. Rob Schaal

PGA Golf Professional

Rob Schaal is a well-respected NJ golf instructor who has been teaching golf for more than 45 years. Rob has competed on the PGA Tour, the PGA Tour Champions and continues to compete locally in the NJ PGA Section events.

 

Rob is a golf instructor who brings a unique blend of teaching knowledge and competitive golf experience at the highest levels.  This combination of skills provides invaluable instruction to all levels of golfers ranging from young amateurs to veteran golfers.

Brendan Boyle

PGA Golf Professional

 

Brendan is a well known teacher and PGA professional since 1974. He has taught at many prestigious clubs in New England, New Jersey, and Florida. In New Jersey, he was the Head Pro and Teaching Pro at the Forsgate Country Club in Jamesburg.

We are always looking for volunteers to get involved with our non-profit organization.

The First Tee of Raritan Valley’s mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. We currently engage more than 58,000 students with our Life Skills Experience, National School Program, and DRIVE programs.

We offer classes and camps at Tara Greens Family Golf Center and 8 other locations throughout six counties in Central New Jersey. 

 

Two programs currently open for registration at Tara are:

 

Summer Camp (Girls Only)              July 31 - Aug 4th

 

Fall classes to begin in late August - Registration is open on their website.
